Natalia is the yoga teacher behind Lumina Yoga.
She has several years of dedicated own practice, 200 hours yoga teacher training in Ashtanga from India and 200 hours teacher training from the renowned American yoga school YogaWorks. Natalia has learnt from and practised with many teachers in Norway, England and South-East Asia. She teachers Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Yin and Yang yoga.
